Diploma FAQ
Is it a diploma or a certificate?
Both words fit. It is a personalised certificate of your quiz result, and we call it a diploma because you earn your rank in a trial, like an exam. It is made for fun, not an official document.
What exactly do I get?
A personalised diploma as a print-ready PNG image, 4800 × 3393 pixels, which prints sharply on A4 and A3 landscape paper. It shows your name, your creature name, your rank, your trial score, a registry number and the moon phase on the day of your trial.
How quickly is it delivered?
Immediately. After payment you return to your result and the download button appears.
Can I get a refund?
The diploma is digital content delivered immediately at your request. The Terms and Conditions explain the right of withdrawal and how complaints work. If your file does not download or is faulty, write to us and we will fix it.
Can I print it?
Yes. Print it in A4 or A3 landscape on heavy paper, ideally 200 to 300 g/m², for the best parchment look.
Can I give one as a gift?
Yes. Take the quiz with your friend's name, then buy and download the diploma for them.
What is Me + a friend?
For €9.99 you get your own diploma and a gift link. Your friend opens the link, takes any of our quizzes and downloads their own personalised diploma for free. The link is for one diploma and works for a year.
What is the party pack?
5 diplomas for €24.99, €5.00 per guest. Bought from your quiz result, it contains your own diploma and 4 gift links. Bought on the Halloween party page, it contains 5 gift links, so you do not need to take a quiz first. Each guest opens their link, takes any quiz and downloads their own diploma.
